Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a widely used payment platform.
All Stripe payment methods require the full order total upfront at checkout, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and eligible BNPL or financing options. The 50% build deposit is not available through Stripe.4
With approved financing, the full purchase amount is paid to Mectura through the provider. You then repay the provider under its agreement; you do not have to repay the entire loan upfront. Mectura treats the order as paid in full once the financing payment succeeds.
If a Stripe payment option is not what you're looking for, Mectura accepts an Interac e-Transfer (EMT) from a Canadian bank account to begin your custom build.
Pay 50% of the complete order total today, including applicable HST. The 50% build deposit is part of your purchase price, not an additional charge.
The remaining 50% must be paid in full when your arcade is completed and before pickup or delivery.3
Stripe and financing orders require full payment to Mectura upfront. Only Interac e-Transfer orders use a 50% build deposit; the remaining 50% is due when the arcade is complete and before pickup or delivery.
If you cancel before custom production begins, payments made toward your order are fully refundable. Once custom production begins, those payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
To request cancellation, contact Mectura with your order number. For financed purchases, the provider handles any refund credit and repayment adjustments under its agreement. Your statutory rights are not limited.

Keep your order confirmation and payment records. Stripe checkout requires acceptance of the current terms.5
Your delivery or pickup will be scheduled within eight weeks of your purchase.
Approximately two weeks before your scheduled pickup or delivery, Mectura will contact you to confirm the exact date and delivery window.
Light-gun add-ons may require additional production time. If your build is affected, we'll confirm the revised timing with you.

Contact Mectura- 1Build Yours calculates and displays your itemized order total before you choose a payment method. EMT orders require separate Mectura approval after the 50% build deposit is received.
