We do not collect, store, or process payment card numbers, bank details, or sensitive financial information directly on our servers.

All financial transactions are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways, including Stripeand its affiliated Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) financing partners. When you pay for an order or apply for financing, your financial data is collected directly by these third-party processors under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We only share information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

We retain your account credentials, support tickets, and order histories for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with services. Serial numbers, hardware specifications, and warranty logs are retained for the lifetime of product support and warranty coverage.

Depending on your location, you have specific rights regarding your Personal Information:

• Access & Correction: You can log into your account dashboard at any time to view your profile details, check order status, or request corrections to inaccurate information.
